ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to dispense with the personal appearance of the petitioner for each and every hearing in Cr.A.No.108 of 2018 on the file of Principal District and Sessions Judge, at Vellore.
2. Heard Mr.M.Prabakar, learned counse appearing for the petitioner.
3. It is seen that the petitioner was acquitted by the Trial Court on the proceedings filed by the respondent under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act. As against which the respondent preferred an appeal in Cr.A.No.108 of 2018 before the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, at Vellore.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the personal appearance of the petitioner is dispensed with before the appellate court, except the hearing date, which is specifically instructed the petitioner to appear in Cr.A.No.108 of 2018, by the appellate court.
