2. The applicants have filed death certificate of the deceased applicant in A.No.1675 of 2013 and legal-heir certificate dated 02.08.2023.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application, the application in A.No.2013 of 2024 in C.S.No.89 of 2013 is ordered.
