ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the FIR in Crime No.1150 of 2006 pending on the file of the first respondent and quash the same.

2. The case of the petitioner is that when he was a minor, the respondent has lodged a complaint against him and the same was registered as FIR in Crime No.1150 of 2006 for the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

alleged offences punishable under Sections 419 and 471 IPC. Though the complaint was registered on 13.07.2006, till date, final report was not filed. Hence, this petition.

3. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in Crime No.1150 of 2006, investigation has already been completed. Hence, learned Additional Public Prosecutor seeks time for filing the final report before the Court concerned.

4. The said submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor is recorded. The first respondent is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.1150 of 2006 pending on his file and file a final report, if not filed earlier, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
