This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 22.07.2015 and investigate the same in accordance with law.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.
3. It is seen that the petitioner is an Advocate against whom the opposite party has lodged a complaint before the Sub Judge. While so, as a counter blast, this petitioner has lodged a complaint dated 22.07.2015 making reckless allegations against the opposite party. Hence, no positive direction can be issued for registering FIR.
