ORDER

The petitioner who was arrested on 12.03.2021 for the offence under Sections 120B, 420, 465, 467, 468 and 471 of IPC in CCB Crime No.187 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.It is the case of the prosecution that the petitioner along with the other accused produced bogus documents and availed housing loan and cheated the defacto complainant's Bank. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and that he has been falsely implicated in this case. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that earlier, the petitioner approached this Court by filing Crl.O.P.No.8176 of 2021 and this Court had dismissed the said petition.

5.Since there is no change in circumstances subsequent to the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.8176 of 2021, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
