This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to set aside the dismissal order passed by the Hon'ble Principal District Judge, Coimbatore, in Crl.M.P.No.2292 of 2015 dated 12.08.2015 and relax the conditions imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.1956 of 2015 dated 09.07.2015 in Crime No.452 of 2015 on the file of the respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

3. It is seen that these petitioners were granted Anticipatory Bail in C.M.P.No.1745 of 2015 on 17.06.2015 on condition that they should report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. until further orders.

4. The learned Additional Public prosecutor submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition from 13.07.2015 onwards and he further submitted that investigation is almost completed.

In view of the above, condition imposed on the petitioners on 17.06.2015 by the learned Principal Sessions & District Judge, Coimbatore is relaxed to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. -s/dAssistant Registrar True Copy Sub-Assistant Registrar To
