:Respondent Original Petition praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to (a) pass an order to appoint an Arbitrator in the subject matter of Hire Purchase Agreement No. 36817955 dated 04.02.2016 entered between the petitioner and the respondent.

(b) direct the respondent to pay the cost of the proceedings.

This Original Petition coming on this day before this Court for hearing in the presence of Mr.K.Mohanamurali, Advocates for the petitioner herein and Ms.T.Anupriya, Advocate for the respondent herein and upon reading the petition and the affidavit of P.Raghunathan,

filed herein, and the order herein dated 19.04.2018, and the learned counsel for the petitioner having made an endorsement on the petition stating that " may kindly permit the petitioner to withdraw the O.P.No.334 of 2018", It is ordered as follows:- That the O.P.No. 334 of 2018 be and is hereby dismissed as withdrawn.
