ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 294(b), 498(A), 494, 506(i) and Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961 in Cr.No.7 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner is alleged to have demanded dowry from his wife and when she refused, she was sent to her parental home under the guise of Aadi month ritual and thereafter, she was avoided by the petitioner. It is also alleged that the petitioner has married another girl while the first marriage is in subsistence.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and that he has been falsely implicated in this case. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that earlier, the petitioner approached this Court by filing Crl.O.P.No.7991 of 2021 and this Court vide order dated 29.04.2021 dismissed the said petition.

5.Considering the gravity of the offence committed by the petitioner and since there is no change in circumstances subsequent to the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.7991 of 2021, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
