This application has been filed by the applicant/plaintiff to permit the applicant to amend the prayer part of the application, affidavit and consequently amend the same in the first para of the order copy dated 08.04.2022 where the typographical error mentioned as Court Deposit instead of Fixed Deposit may be kindly amended.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application, this application is allowed.

4. After carrying out necessary amendment by the learned counsel for the applicant/plaintiff in the application and affidavit, Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the order dated 08.04.2022 in A. No.1555 of 2022 and issue fresh order copy.
