This writ petition is posted today under the caption for "being mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. While typing the order instead of describing the petitioner as "he" and "his, it was wrongly mentioned as "she" and "her". I am therefore of the view that the order requires correction.

3. Registry is directed to incorporate the necessary corrections at the appropriate places and issue fresh corrected order copy to the parties concerned.
