ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner representation dated 05.08.2023 and issue patta in favour of the petitioner in respect of properties at Ward C, Block No.44, T.S.No.2 and 7 and Survey No.129/1B extent 0.07 acre and also in Survey No.105, extent 1.73 acre at Virupakshipuram Village, Dharmapuri District.

2. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent and perused the materials available on record.

4. The learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that already order has been passed by the third respondent in Na.Ka.No.8883/2013/A1 dated 06.07.2014 to issue joint patta and they will implement the order within a period of four weeks. 2/4

5. Recording the submissions of the learned Additional Government Pleader, this Court directs the third respondent to implement the Order dated 06.07.2014 and issue a joint patta within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

6. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
