COMMON JUDGMENT (Judgment of the Court was delivered by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) In the course of the hearing of appeals against the interlocutory impugned order dated 16.09.2015 made in O.A.Nos.356 & 357 of 2014 in C.S.No.299 of 2014, the parties have resolved their dispute and filed a Memo of Compromise dated 31.03.2016 in the suit where compromise decree has been passed.

2. In view of the aforesaid, the appeals have become infructuous and are accordingly disposed of, leaving the parties to bear their own costs.
