ORDER
This writ petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in Gratuity Appeal No.64/2022 passed by second respondent dated 28.12.2022 and for a consequential direction to the first respondent to pay arrears of gratuity of Rs.98,959/- with interest from 31.03.2015 apart from any other damages for the sufferings caused to the petitioner.
2. Since there was no representation for both the petitioner and the respondents on the previous hearing i.e., on 05.06.2026, this matter was directed to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today, i.e., on 19.06.2026, there is no representation for both sides. The writ petition is pending from 2023.
3. Hence, this writ petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs. K.SURENDER,J.
