The Petitioner/wife has filed the present Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition to withdraw HMOP No.321 of 2015 from the file of the Principal Sub Court, Tiruppur and to transfer the same to Family Court, Karur.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Though the respondent was served on 03/07/2017, he has not entered appearance.

3. Considering the physical inconvenience caused to the petitioner, HMOP No. 321 of 2015 is withdrawn from the file of Principal Sub Court, Tiruppur and is transferred to Family Court, Karur. The Family Court, Karur is directed to re-number the petition and dispose of the same, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
