Poovayammal (Died) v. The Special Tahsildar (Land Acquisition)

C.M.P.Nos.9835, 9837 and 9839 of 2023 in A.S.No.731 of 2010 G.ARUL MURUGAN,J.

These petitions have been filed (i) to condone the delay of 1920 days in bringing the legal representatives of the deceased first respondent (ii) to set aside the abatement caused on account of the death of deceased first respondent and (iii) to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased first respondent.

The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the appellant in A.S.No.731 of 2010 submits that he has no objection in allowing these miscellaneous petitions.

3. Perused the affidavit filed in support of these petitions and satisfied with the reasons stated therein, these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are ordered.
