Based on the order passed in W.M.P.No.16412 of 2023 in W.P.No.31395 of 2022, dated 12.06.2023, the present contempt petition is

filed to punish the respondents for wilful disobedience of the abovesaid order.

2.In the said order, the submissions of the petitioner alone are recorded and no directions are issued to the respondents. The writ petition was posted for final hearing. That being the scope of the order, the same would not provide any cause for institution of contempt proceedings against the respondents.
