PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, to direct the 1st respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No.384 of 2024 pending on the file of the 4th respondent to the 3rd respondent and investigate the same and file a final report expeditiously.

O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No.384 of 2024, which is pending on the file of the 4th respondent, to the 3rd respondent and the 3rd respondent shall investigate the same and file a final report expeditiously.

2. On instruction, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that the investigation in Crime No.384 of 2024 has already been transferred from the file of the

4th respondent to the 3rd respondent/Job Rocketing Wing, CCB Units, on 27.03.2025. The investigation is almost complete and a final report will be filed soon.

3. Recording the above submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
