Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ or order or direction in the nature of Writ of Mandamus forbearing the Respondents from constructing compound wall in and around Survey No.418/12, 418/13 & 425/5 of Chinnakkavanan Village, Ponneri Taluk, Tiruvallur District obstructing the pathway to the petitioner's lands.
