2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that, though the present application has been filed for amendment of satisfaction Court, meanwhile, the petitioner has submitted sureties before the Judicial Magistrate No.VII, Coimbatore and the learned Magistrate also accepted the same.

3. In view of the above, this Criminal Miscellaneous petition is dismissed as Infructuous .
