ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent police to register the F.I.R. based on the petitioner's complaint dated 01.09.2021 in view of the order dated 16.12.2021, in C.M.P.No.781 of 2021, order passed by the learned District Cum Judicial Magistrate, Thirukalukundram in accordance with law within a time stipulated by this Court.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the F.I.R in this case has been registered as per the direction of the learned District Cum Judicial Magistrate, Thirukalukundram, vide order dated 16.12.2021 in C.M.P.No.781 of 2021 and nothing survives in this petition for further adjudication. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Recording the above submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
