Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.SELVARAJ, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.NEELAKANDAN for M/S.K.RAMESH Advocate for the 1st respondent and of MRS.R.JANAKI ADDL.GOVT.PLEADER for the respondents 2 & 3 and of the respondents 4 to 6 not appearing either in person or by an Advocate the court made the following order:- While taking up this miscellaneous case, both the parties agreed that instead of vacate the stay, this Court may direct the Sub-Registrar, Sooramangalam, to hear the parties i.e., the writ petitioner as well as the respondent no.6 and pending

disposal of the writ petition, pass a reasonable order within a specified period.

Considering the aforesaid submission, this miscellaneous petition stands disposed of, with a direction to the Sub-Registrar, Sooramangalam, to hear both the parties i.e., the respondent no.6 as well as the writ petitioner on the protest made, afresh and pass a speaking order by taking note of the Government Circular in this regard, within a month of production of the certified copy of this order and till then, the interim order passed shall continue. -sd/- 19/02/2018 / TRUE COPY / Sub Assistant Registrar ( Statistics / C.S. ) High Court, Madras - 600 104.
