WMP.No.11783 of 2023 in Rev.APLW.SR.No.49168 of 2023 in WP.No.9113 of 2023 M.DHANDAPANI, J., This miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to grant leave to the petitioner/review petitioner herein to file the present review petition against the judgment in W.P.No.9113/2023 dated 28.03.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that taking advatage of the order dated 28.03.2023, the first respondent are taking steps to restore the EB connection which is against the EB Rules. If the respondents are allowed to do so, the petitioner will be put to serious prejudice and there is an arguable grounds in this case. Therefore, he prays to grant leave to file the review petition.

3. Heard and the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the material available on record.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons filed in support of this petition, this Court is inclined to grant leave to the petitioner to file a review petition and there is a sufficient ground to argue this case.
