Seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court, the petitioner is before this Court with this miscellaneous petition.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and hence, the conditions may be relaxed.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition of this court from 23.02.2016.
4. In view of the above, the condition imposed by this Court is totally relaxed. This miscellaneous petition is ordered accordingly. It is made clear that the petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court for all the future hearings, without fail.
