C.M.P.Nos.11123, 11125 & 11127 of 2019 C.M.P.Nos.11123, 11125 & 11127 of 2019 in Rev.Appl.No.193 of 2015 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY, J., C.M.P.No.11123 of 2019 has been filed to condone the delay of 471 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the second respondent in the above review petition.
2. C.M.P.No.11125 of 2019 has been filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 2nd respondent in the above review petition.
3. C.M.P.No.11127 of 2019 has been filed to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased 2nd respondent as respondents 7 to 9 (i) Samidurai, aged about 58 years; (ii) Siva Kumar, aged about 32 years; (iii) Malathi, aged about 29 years; All are residing at No.1/1, 1/1, 1/27, Alambadi Village, Krishnakudi Taluk, Cuddalore Dt. respectively; the proposed respondents 7 to 9 in the above review petition.

5. Mr.D.Shivakumaran, learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1, 3, 5 & 6 submitted that he has no objection for ordering these petitions.
6. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions and as there is no objection on the other side, in C.M.P.Nos.11123, 11125 & 11127 of 2019 are ordered.
