2. The learned counsel for the respondent would submit that he has no objection in allowing this application.

3. In view of the above submission and on perusing the affidavit filed in support of this application, this Court is satisfied and is inclined to allow this application.

4. Accordingly, this application is allowed.

5. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in the above petition and list this matter on 09.07.2024.
