ORDER
The wife has come before this Court seeking transfer of H.M.O.P.No.55 of 2012 filed by the respondent husband for divorce from the file of the Sub Court Sankagiri to the file of Principal Sub Court, Erode, where H.M.O.P.No.200 of 2012 filed by the petitioner wife for restitution of conjugal rights is pending. 2.
When the matter is called today even though the petitioner's counsel is present, the learned counsel for the respondent counsel is absent.

Taking into consideration of the fact that the petitioner wife is living with her minor child, it is impossible for her to travel all the way from Erode to Sankagiri and therefore, for the convenience of the parties, the transfer petition is allowed transferring the H.M.O.P.No.55 of 2012 from the file of Sub Court, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Sankagiri to the file of Principal Subordinate Court, Eorde to be tried along with H.M.O.P.No.200 of 2012. No costs. Consequently the connected M.P.No.1 of 2014 is closed.
