Respondents Prayer: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to pay the compensation amount to the petitioner for the acquisition of her plot bearing No.275 in the lay out known as "VGP Jayanthi Town" measuring an extent of 2800 square feet situated in New S.F.No.56/4B and 59/1A3, Mathur Village, Thiruperumbudur Taluk, Kanchipuram District in accordance with law.

ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for issuance of writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to pay the compensation amount to the petitioner for land acquired by the third respondent.
2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the property was acquired in the year 2009 and till date, no compensation has been paid to the petitioner.
3. Mr.M.Elumalai, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents brought to the notice of this Court the proceedings dated 15.02.2019 of the District Collector, Kanchipuram.
4. In the said proceedings, the compensation payable to the land owner has been fixed and the name of the petitioner along with the particulars of the property is also shown in the proceedings. The copy of the proceedings was also sent through E-mail and the Court had the benefit of going through the proceedings.
5. In view of the above development, there shall be a direction to the petitioner to approach the second respondent and make a representation. On receipt of the same, the compensation that has been fixed, shall be paid to the petitioner in accordance with the proceedings of the District Collector/second respondent, Kanchipuram dated 15.02.2019.
6. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
