ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking relaxation of the condition imposed in Paragraph No.7(c) in Crl.M.P.No.22052 of 2025 in Crl.R.C.No.2486 of 2025 dated 21.11.2025, wherein the petitioners were directed to appear before the Trial Court on the first working day of every English Calendar month at 10.30 a.m., until the disposal of the Criminal Revision Case and if they are not able to appear before the trail Court on any day, they shall make arrangements to file an application under Section 317 of Cr.P.C and shall appear before the trail Court on any other day in lieu of the date of their absence, as directed by the trial Court.
2. Considering the nature of allegations against the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to relax the said condition.
