During pendency of the same, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted a memo along with a report given by the Superintendent of Police, Central Prison, Coimbatore wherein it is stated that the sole appellant has already undergone the sentence imposed against him by the Trial Court.

Considering the fact that the appellant has already undergone the sentence imposed against him by the Trial Court, this criminal appeal has become infructuous.

In fine, this criminal appeal is dismissed as infructuous.
