The grievances of the writ petitioner is that he preferred a Revision Petition against an order of Termination under Section 153 of the Tamil Nadu Cooperative Societies Act. The Revision Petition filed by the writ petitioner before the 1st respondent is yet to be taken up for trial.

2.The learned counsel for the writ petitioner states that the petitioner was terminated from service without any opportunity and therefore, an urgent hearing of Revision Petition by the 1st respondent is certainly warranted. 3.Under these circumstances, the 1st respondent is directed to conduct an enquiry in respect of the Revision Petition filed by the writ petitioner on 11.02.2019 and pass orders on merits https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and in accordance with law by affording an opportunity to all the parties concerned within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
