ORDER
This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No. 2869 of 2026 dated 06.02.2026 in Crime No.101 of 2025.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), appearing for the respondent police, strongly objected to this petition on the ground that the case relates to an investment scam, in which the petitioner is alleged to have cheated a sum of Rs.1.16 crores. He further submitted that the condition imposed is only to appear and sign before the respondent police twice a month. It is also submitted that the petitioner is residing in Chennai.
3. In view of the above submissions, this Court does not find any reason to relax the condition at this stage. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed.
