Respondents Prayer: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a writ of mandamus, Directing the respondents to rectify the errors occurred in the F.M.B. Sketch pertaining to the petitioners property situated in Pennalurpet Village of Uthukottai Taluk bearing Survey No.244/2B measuring to an extent of 3.83 acres.

By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

2. The petitioner claims that he is the absolute owner of the property admeasuring to an extent of 3.83 acres in S.No.244/3B situated at Pennalurpet Village, Uthokottai Taluk, Thiruvallur District and claims to have purchased the said property by means of a registered sale deed dated 02.07.2008 registered as Document No.1894 of 2008 on the file of the Office of the Sub Registrar, Uthukottai.

The petitioner would further state that all the revenue records have been mutated in his name and however, the FMB Sketch relevant to his property wrongly mentions Survey No.244/2A instead of 244/2B and apart from that, the dimensions noted in the said sketch are also in correct. The petitioner in this regard submitted a representation dated 21.08.2014 to the 2nd respondent, 27.04.2015 to the 1st respondent, apart from giving a representation dated 30.01.2015 to the Hon'ble Chief Minister's Grievance Cell. Since, no orders came to passed, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

4. Heard the submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.Dig Vijaya Pandian, learned Additional Government Pleader, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

5. Though, the petitioner prayed for a larger relief, this Court in the light of the facts and circumstances of this case and without going into the merits of the representation, permits the petitioner to submit one more reminder to the 2nd respondent by enclosing a copy of this order as well as copy of the earlier representation dated 21.08.2014, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the 2nd respondent on receipt of the same, is directed to consider the said representation, in accordance with law, after putting on notice the persons concerned and pass orders, as expeditiously as possible and not later than six weeks, thereafter and communicate the decision taken to the petitioner as well as to the persons concerned.
