Respondents PRAYER: Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ of Mandamus directing respondents 1 and 2 to open the public entry Gate of the Corporation Public Park Developed at Sitaram Nagar, Velachery, Chennai in the OSR land comprised in Survey Nos.256/2 part, 325/1 part, 325/2 part, 325/3 part of Velachery Village, forthwith for use and access of the general public and to retrieve the entire OSR land by removing the encroachments made in the above said OSR Land which was been gifted to the Chennai Metroplitan Development Authority (CMDA) as open space Reservation (OSR) Vide Document No.948 of 2002 at SRO, Velachery.
