Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, Calling for the entire records connected with the impugned order in Letter No.1/ 2013 dated 23.6.2014 issued by the 1st respondent and quash the same and direct the 1st respondent to appoint new and independent enquiry officer.

JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the court was made by HULUVADI G.RAMESH, J.) Heard the learned counsel appearing for the appellant and Mr.K.Karthikeyan, learned Government Advocate, who takes notice on behalf of respondents 2 and 3.

2. When the matter was taken up consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the appellant submitted that the relief sought for by the appellant has been granted by the learned Single Judge in Contempt Petition No.1028 of 2018 vide order dated 21.8.2018, wherein the Government has been directed to pay the salary to the Teacher/private respondent instead of fixing the liability upon the appellant/Management and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication and has made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the above, the writ appeal is disposed of. No costs. The connected miscellaneous petition is closed. Sd/- Assistant Registrar(CS IX) //True Copy// Sub Assistant Registrar ssk.
