ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence under Sections 465, 468, 471 and 420 of IPC in Crime No.72 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail for the second time by way of this petition.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with some other persons has tried to join the post of VAO by using fake documents. The same was found by the defacto complainant. Hence a complaint has been lodged against him.

3. Earlier, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the Learned Government Advocate submitted that the petitioner has filed two petitions for the same crime number, hence this Court had dismissed the petition filed by the petitioner. Now the Learned Government Advocate submits that the custodial interrogation of the petitioner is necessary to find out the facts of this case. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. In view of the submission made by the Learned Government Advocate, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
