ORDER
The petitioner seeks relaxation of the condition imposed on him that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court on all hearing dates. Apart from that the petitioner is directed to appear on every Monday before the concerned Court till the completion of trial imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.28706 of 2023 dated 11.01.2024.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on instruction, submitted that the petitioner has not complied with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.
3. Since the petitioner has not made out any ground for relaxation, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition no.6(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.28706 of 2023 dated 11.01.2024.
