Respondents Petition filed under Section 11 of Contempt of Courts Act to punish the respondents herein for having deliberately disobeyed the orders of this Court made in W.P.No.9826 of 2017 dated 21.04.2017 and punish them in accordance with law.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) Alleging that the order dated 21.04.2017 passed by this Court in W.P.No.9826 of 2017 has not been complied with, the present contempt petition has been filed. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 to 3 submits that the order of this Court has been complied with. An affidavit has been filed by the fourth respondent. 3.We are satisfied with the affidavit filed and the action taken including the undertaking given by the contemnor. Even according to the petitioner, the encroachment has been removed and a board has been put up by the Revenue Officials.

4.In such view of the matter, the contempt petition stands closed.
