PRAYER: This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed under Section 528 of the BNSS Act, to relax the bail condition to appear before Trichy Cantonment Police Station, every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.7372 of 2025 by order dated 13.03.2025. For Petitioner(s):

ORDER

The petitioner seeks relaxation of the condition imposed on him in para no.6(b) that the petitioner shall stay at Trichy and report before the Cantonment Police Station every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.7372 of 2025 by order dated 13.03.2025. .

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on instructions, submitted that the petitioner has complied with the condition only for six days and thereafter, he has not complied with the condition imposed on him by this Court.

3. Since the petitioner has not made out any ground for relaxation, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition no.6(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.7372 of 2025 dated 13.03.2025.
