ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 12.08.2024, passed by this Court in W.P.No.13048 of 2024, thereby directed the respondent to obtain a stability certificate and accordingly act on the representation submitted by the petitioner, within a period of four weeks.

The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that as directed by this Court, the respondent obtained stability certificate given by the Class-1A Engineer that the building is structurally sound to be used as a public building. He also produced the copy of the Stability report and other communications along with the status report filed by the respondent.
