2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent.

3. It is represented by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent that the accused who faced prosecution in S.T.C.No.1467 of 2010 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Dharapuram, Tiruppur District, were acquitted under Judgement dated 23.11.213.
