2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.17870 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.19423 of 2024 dated 17.12.2024 that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on the first Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders is relaxed.
