Today, the matter was listed under the caption "for being mentioned" on the ground that there is an inadvertent mistake that has crept in, in paragraph No.17 of the order. Therefore, paragraph No.17 of the order dated 04.09.2025 shall be replaced as follows :

"17. The learned counsel for the respondents 2 and 3 submitted that the assets belonging to the applicant in IMA-1 has now been kept in the basement. Insofar yet another dormitory which is IMA-2, it is stated that it has been locked and possession has not been handed over to the respondents 2 and 3."

2. Registry is directed to carry out necessary correction in the order and issue fresh order copy.
