Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to include the name of the petitioner in the appropriate place in the seniority list of regularization of service of non-Diploma holders to the Category of J.E/Mechanical II Grade vide Memo.057043/706/G15/151/ 2016-2 dated 1/4
23.06.2016 and consider the petitioner for promotion to the post of J.E/Mechanical-I Grade.

ORDER
When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, the Writ petitioner passed away on 22.02.2023 and despite her genuine efforts, she is unable to get instructions from the LR's of the deceased petitioner and therefore, she sought permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition with a liberty to either file a fresh Writ petition or restore this petition, if the Legal representatives of the deceased petitioner approaches her. An Endorsement to the said effect is also made by the learned counsel for the petitioner in the Petition today.
2. In view of the above submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to approach this Court in case if the LR's emerges 2/4
and if any cause of action survives. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous petition is closed.
