Mr.V.Jeyaprakash Narayanan, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents.

2. The petitioner was appointed by Parents-Teacher Association as an Office Assistant. Now, he seeks regularization of his services, based on G.O.(Ms) No.74, Personnel and Administrative Reforms (F) Department, dated 27.06.2013.

3. One can claim regularization based on G.O.(Ms) No.74, if he was employed by any of the department of the Government directly. But in this case, the petitioner is not employed by any of the department. He is employed by the Parents-Teacher Association. The learned counsel for the petitioner is not able to produce any Government Order giving the benefit of regularisation to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
