2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the available records.

3. Since, the F.C.O.P. No.72 of 2017 has been kept pending from the year 2017 without much progress, there shall be a direction to the learned Judge, Family Court, Salem, to dispose of F.C.O.P. No.72 of 2017, within a period of eight months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
