ORDER

The Civil Revision Petition is filed challenging the repeated return of the Rent Control Appeal filed by the petitioner before the District Munsif, Sholinganallur.

2. A perusal of Section 33 (1) of the Tamil Nadu Regulation of Rights and Responsibilities of Landlords and Tenants Act, 2017, clearly stipulates that a revision from the order of Rent Court only lie before the Rent Court.

3. Therefore, the District Munsif, Sholinganallur, is vested with the jurisdiction to hear the said appeal. Therefore, the Civil Revision Petition is allowed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.

4. A Direction is issued to the District Munsif, Sholinganallur, to 2/5
