The present criminal original petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.48 of 2013 on the file of the respondent police.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the case in Crime No.48 of 2013, after completion of investigation, charge sheet was filed against the petitioner before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Thiruvallur and the same was also taken on file as STC No.22 of 2014.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the present criminal original petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
