Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, who has filed this Miscellaneous Petition to restore the Criminal Revision Petition dismissed on 27.01.2021 for non-prosecution.

In view of the reason stated in the restoration petition, which appears to be genuine, since during the said period, the Court was conducted in hybrid mode and the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner was not able to attend the Court on either mode. Hence, the Criminal Revision Case has been dismissed for non-prosecution. 3.

Considering the above submissions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition to restore the Criminal Revision Case is allowed. 03.11.2022 Note: Registry is directed to call for records from the Court below and post the main case on 11.11.2022.
