Prayer : Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to direct the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Egmore, Chennai, in C.C.No.6645 of 2016 learned District, as expeditiously as possible within a period of stipulated time.

ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Egmore, Chennai, in C.C.No.6645 of 2016 learned District, as expeditiously as possible within a period of stipulated time.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that though the case in C.C.No.6645 of 2016 is pending on the file of the learned Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, trial is not concluded. Therefore, this petition is filed.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that out of eight witnesses cited three witness had been examined. Remaining witnesses would be examined in due course.
4.In the light of the submission of learned counsel appearing for parties and also the fact that this case is pending for more than six year, this Court directs the learned Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, to
examine the remaining witnesses as expeditiously as possible and dispose the case within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copyof this order.
5.With the above direction and observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed.
