O R D E R

This petition is filed to withdraw H.M.O.P.No.4165 of 2014 pending on the file of III Additional Family Court, Chennai and transfer the same to the file of Family Court, Karaikal. 2.When this petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the respondent has no objection to transfer H.M.O.P.No.4165 of 2014 pending on the file of III Additional Family Court, Chennai to the file of Family Court, Karaikal and she has made an endorsement to that effect. She has also submitted that H.M.O.P.No.4165 of 2014 is pending from the year 2014 and prayed for early disposal of the H.M.O.P.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the respondent.

4. In view of the submission and endorsement so made by the learned counsel for the respondent, without deciding the issue on merits, the petition in H.M.O.P.No.4165 of 2014 pending on the file of III Additional Family Court, Chennai is ordered to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

be withdrawn and transferred to the file of Family Court, Karaikal. The learned Judge, III Additional Family Court, Chennai, is directed to transmit all the records pertaining to H.M.O.P.No.4165 of 2014 to the file of Family Court, Karaikal, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the records, the learned Judge, Family Court, Karaikal, is directed to dispose of the case, as expeditiously as possible, in any event not later than three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. No costs.

Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
